CHIPOLOPOLO team manager Hastings Ndovi has been dropped from the national team after picking up a quarrel with boss Sven Vandenbroeck, Zambianfootball.news understands.
The national team manager Hastings Ndovi withdrew from the squad that left for Guinea Bissau yesterday amid reports that he has been sidelined after allegedly differing with Chipolopolo trainer Sven Vandenbroeck.
Kit master Gerald Sakala has since been appointed acting team manager for the return fixture on Sunday in Guinea Bissau.
Ndovi was not on the bench when Zambia beat the West Africans 2-1 on Wednesday evening at National Heroes Stadium in Lusaka.
But Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) general secretary Adrian Kashala said Ndovi has not been dropped.
