The local assemblage of Chipolopolo stars went through the paces at the Barca Arena Futsal Complex with 19 players reporting for duty.
Coach Sven Vandenbroeck was without Zesco United’s Simon Silwimba and Lameck Banda while Zanaco’s Mangani Banda was also yet to report for camp.
Luka Banda of Napsa Stars had reported for duty but had to undergo some medical check-up.
The youngsters from the developmental sides like Under-17 and Mazabuka United midfielder Alex Mwiinga, Francisco Mwepu and Benson Kolala looked at home.
Vandenbroeck has summoned 24 players for a local camp as he shuffles his cards ahead of the October 10 Africa Cup qualifier against Guinea Bissau at the National Heroes Stadium.
The Chipolopolo trainer is expected to name his squad for the Guinea clash in the next few days.
Vandenbroeck has cast his net wide in scouting for Chipolopolo inclusions opting for a mesh of experience and youth.
Other possible inclusions were excused to feature in this weekend’s Barclays Cup quarterfinals that takes in Kitwe.
