FORMER Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) vice-president Boniface Mwamelo has described as prejudicial the decision by the Council of Southern Africa Football Associations (COSAFA) to replace Kalusha Bwalya with Zimbabwe Football Association president Phillip Chiyangwa as a Confederation of African Football (CAF) executive committee member.

During a COSAFA executive committee meeting in Johannesburg last Friday, the regional body endorsed Chiyangwa to replace Kalusha at CAF.
Chiyangwa is COSAFA president.

Last month, FIFA slapped Kalusha with a two-year ban following an investigation into links to banned Qatari official Mohammed Bin Hammam.
