CHIPOLOPOLO striker Fashion Sakala says 2017 was the best year of his career. The Spartak Moscow II player believes 2018 will be better.

“I really appreciate the support you gave me in 2017 it was the best year of my career. I believe to God 2018 will be better than 2017. I am happy to start the 2018 season with a goal,” Sakala said.

He also said he never stopped praying when he was going through tough moments when he was growing up. Sakala said he was born in a village.

He said he was proud of his village and was ready to change people’s lives.

“Humbleness and humanity. Proud of my village and I am ready to change people’s lives. Let’s keep on praising God and have faith that one day, He will change our life. Whatever situation you are going through today, it’s nothing to God; just continue praying, tomorrow you will be celebrating. I was born from this village, I am sure you can see the houses and I never stopped praying when I was going through tough moments until God said ‘here is your breakthrough’,” he posted on his Facebook page accompanied by pictures of him at the village.
