VETERAN football administrator Simataa Simataa says the Football Association of Zambia (FAZ) has failed to fulfil its obligations in the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) ruling within the stipulated time and should reinstate expelled vice-president Richard Kazala and committee member Blackwell Siwale.

CAS has ruled that Kazala and Siwale should be given a chance to defend themselves at the annual general meeting set for March, but FAZ general secretary Ponga Liwewe said the association has referred the matter to its legal committee.
Simataa said in an interview in Lusaka yesterday that article 20 of the CAS ruling clearly stipulated the requirements that FAZ needed to fulfil within a specified time but the association has failed.
