Ugandan striker Herman Wasswa has left Zambia’s Lusaka Dynamos after just one year after the two parties failed to agree on contract renewal.

The former Uganda Premier League top scorer joined the Zambia big spenders in January last year and made a handful of appearances as the club attempted to win the FAZ league.

According to the player’s agent, Geoffrey Kayemba, the club failed to fulfill some of its obligations in the previous contract and also promised to take legal action through FIFA.

“We have decided against renewing the contract after the club breached the first contracted,” confirmed Kayemba.

“We have already written to FIFA about the issue but for now, the player is a free agent as we seek redress on the expired contract that had a lot not fulfilled including a couple of months’ salary arrears.
