Zambia will take on west African nations Niger and Benin in International friendlies but one name is conspicuously missing.
The Friendlies against Niger and Benin will take place on October the 10th and the 13th respectively with Red Arrows captain Bruce Musakanya missing from the 23 man squad that has been announced.
Musakanya has been in good form for his club but at National team level he has struggled to feature on the pitch despite his inclusion in almost every squad since 2018.
The squad has no new names and will not include any European based players for the two friendlies which will both be away games.
Zambia is preparing to host eSwatini in the second leg of the Final CHAN Qualifier on October 19 at National Heroes Stadium before playing two AFCON 2021 Qualifier Group matches in November with the first one being away to Algeria on November the 9th followed by a home match against Zimbabwe 10 days later.
